Type: Change Text Color

	Remember that when you change the color of your type, you must be sure you are providing a high contrast with the background of your page.
	You can change the color of all of the type on a page or you can change the color of a selected section of type on a page. You can also change the colors of your hyperlinks, active hyperlinks, and visited hyperlinks.
	To change the color of all of the text on a page, Choose Modify, Page Properties from the drop down menu The Page Properties dialog box will appear.

	Choose your text, link, and background colors by clicking on the down arrow in the lower right corner of each color cube and selecting a color from the dropdown menu.

	Note that the hexadecimal equivalent of the red, green, and blue values of the color displays at the top of the color picker box as you scroll through the color cubes. If you prefer, you can type the hex values of your colors directly into the boxes on the Page Properties dialog box.
	If you want to change the color of only a specific selection of text: Highlight the text you want to apply color to. On the Property Inspector, click on the arrow on the lower right corner of the color box. Select your color from the small color dropdown box that appears.

	If you want to revert to the default color of any page element, click on the default button in the upper right corner of the color picker.	Default color button
	If you are not satisfied with the basic web page color palette, click on the System Color button in the upper right corner of the color picker. The Windows Color dialog box will appear.	System color button

	Choose from a wider variety of basic colors or set the red, green, and blue values by hand by typing the hexadecimal equivalents in the color boxes in the lower right of the dialog box. To save your new color, click on Add to Custom Colors. The color will be added to one of the Custom colors boxes in the lower left panel. To apply your changes, click OK.
	Remember that when you change text and background colors you must provide sufficient contrast between the text and background for your visitor to read the text on your site. Also bear in mind that your visitor may want to print out your web site; if so, avoid light text on a dark background.
