Lists: Dreamweaver 4:
Create an Ordered List

Overview The easiest way to order information on a web page is to create a list.

An ordered list uses a numbering system to indicate each list item.

To create a list in Dreamweaver, type the list, hitting the Enter key every time you want to type a new list item.

Your list will appear in a double-spaced column on the page.

To turn your list into an ordered list with Dreamweaver, click on the Ordered List button on the Property Inspector.

By default the Numbered List will use Arabic numerals.

By default the list will now be single-spaced.

To double-space the list, add a soft carriage return (Shift + Enter) twice after each list item.
