Todd Tupper (far left) began practicing Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan in 1988 in Southern New England and practiced with Alexandria Shotokan intermittently from 2002-2006. He won first place in the men’s 30-39 year old heavyweight sparring division at the United States Goodwill Tang Soo Do Association Championships in Waldorf, Maryland in June 2009.  He is currently a regular at Brown’s Karate and is the faculty advisor to the NVCC  Tang Soo Do student interest group.
