This module is designed to introduce students to an important part of early modern American material culture through the exploration of appropriate sites and links on the World Wide Web.
To complete the module and receive credit toward your course grade, you must answer the questions provided on the course work sheet. Some of the questions are merely factual data regarding this movement and require only short answers. Others are broader and your answers will be based on concepts after viewing the topic on the site.
Students may use computers in the LRC or the Computer Lab during open hours. The completed module is due on the last lecture class of the semester. You may submit your completed module sheet on the WWW or you may submit a printed copy of the work sheet. No late assignments accepted. If you submit electronically you will be given a password to enter the course FORUM where you will find the work sheet. You may want to print the sheet initially for reference during you searches and later return to the FORUM to submit answers. Material covered in this module will be tested on the final exam.
