Dogwood is an
innovative, web-based virtual learning environment of teaching and learning resources for the
faculty, staff, students and community of Northern Virginia
Community College. The
project supports the creation of content-rich web resource and
skill-development sites and provides a defined structure of
training and mentoring activities that allows participants to rethink the
nature and presentation of course content on the
web.
