Workforce Development

You now have several ways to register for Workforce Development courses.

Apply for Admission

If you have never taken a credit or non-credit class at NOVA or any other Virginia Community College, you must complete the application for admission and get a Student ID number, also called an EMPL ID number. If you prefer, you may also fill out the application online at http://www.nvcc.edu/.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and remains open until the class maximum is met. In the event a class is completely enrolled, contact your campus CE Office for assistance. Students are not allowed to audit or sit in classes for which they have not paid.

Questions About Classes

If you have questions about Workforce Development classes, please contact your campus office before you register.

Register on the Web

You may now register for most Workforce Development classes on the Web. For more information, contact your campus office.

Pay for Your Courses

Payment for Workforce Development courses is due at the time of registration. Payment must be made by using your credit card (MasterCard or Visa) on the Web or by paying with check or cash at the campus Business Office during their regular hours of operation.
