Transcript Evaluation
Military Educational Services of NOVA offer free credit evaluations to their students governed by NOVA rules. A student must request at least one course through NOVA before a student can request an evaluation of transcripts.
Furthermore, it is both NOVA SOC and military policy that each military student who completes six credit hours through NOVA also completes a SOC agreement with NOVA, unless the student has a SOC agreement through another College. NOVA is required to submit a copy of a student's (SOC) agreement to the military.
Campus counselors will complete evaluations of transcripts such as CLEP/DANTES and military transcripts via AARTS/SMARTS, etc. and transcripts from regionally accredited schools.
