offices provide basic counseling and information assistance on:
1. Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
using FAFSA on the Web or by paper and pencil. Bring copies of your most
recent federal tax return (parent(s) and/or spouse if required) to
complete the application.
2. Applying for student loans and determining how much to borrow for
educational expenses.
3. The financial aid appeal process if you have unusual or mitigating
circumstances that occur after you have submitted the financial aid
application (FAFSA).
4. Placements when you receive a work-study award in your Financial Aid
Award Letter notification.
5. Correcting mistakes in your financial aid application. Please bring
a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) with you and applicable tax forms.
6. Identifying scholarship opportunities.
7. Exploring options due to changes in financial circumstances.
8. Questions regarding the results of
your financial aid application, award letter or satisfactory academic
progress standards related to receiving financial aid discussed in
