TAC Blackboard Competency Certificate
NOVA is focusing on having faculty achieve Blackboard competence to prepare them to move their courses online in the event of an emergency.  The goal of this program is to introduce faculty to the Blackboard Competencies. 

If you have not yet achieved Blackboard competence, you may do so by

1. Successfully completing TAC’s BB I, II and III workshops within the last two years. 
OR
2. Demonstrating at least weak development in each of the three BB components to your campus TAC Mentor. 

TAC Advanced Blackboard Certification
For the TAC Advanced Blackboard certification, participants will complete workshops in Blackboard I, II and III and one BB elective. The goal of this program is to help participants master the Blackboard Competencies as well as those of their chosen BB elective. 
By the end of the training, each participant will have developed a Blackboard support course for one of their courses.  This Blackboard course needs to demonstrate at least average development in each of the three BB components plus the BB elective.

1. Be sure to complete all the information requested in the fields below.
2. Click in the checkbox to select a TAC training session. You may register for more than one session.
3. Click the Submit Registration button at the bottom of the page.
4. You will then receive a notice that confirms your enrollment. Be sure to print this page.
