NOTE: The VCCS will upgrade Blackboard to Service Pack 13 (SP13) on Sat., Nov. 9 at 6:00 p.m. through Sun., Nov. 10 at 12:00 p.m. Blackboard will be unavailable during this time. The upgrade provides users with enhancements to test options, group management, due date options and other new features.
