NOVA AIS Job Aids

Tutorials may be available in two formats -- an AIS Guide with detailed instructions and illustrations and a Video Demo to walk you through each step of the process.

To Access the Tutorials:

1. If prompted, enter NVCC for the Domain Name, along with your NVCC ID and Password (Your NVCC ID and Password are what you use to sign on to your office computer).
2. Type nvcc\ before your username (ex. nvcc\jdoe) using your LAN account username and NOT your AIS username, and then enter your LAN account password in the space provided. Be sure that you use the backslash (\).
