When requesting services for multimedia design and development, please have the following items and information ready and/or available:

For Audio Podcasts (already produced, edited and ready to be uploaded into NOVA iTunes U)

• A one to two- paragraph description of the audio program.
• A graphic or digital photographic image for the mast and button image from the program.
• Audio files can be in any audio format, but these are preferred: mp3, m4a, aiff, wave.

For Audio Podcast Production (involves the actual recording, mixing and editing of audio)

• A well-written, detailed script.
• Non-copyrighted music used for lead-in and ending (or an idea of the type of music to be used).
• A one to two- paragraph description of the audio program.
• A graphic or digital photographic image for the mast and button image from the program.

For Video Podcasts (already produced, edited and ready to be uploaded into NOVA iTunes U or NOVAaccess)

• A one to two- paragraph description of the audio program.
• A graphic or digital photographic image wanted as the mast and button image from the program (only for iTunes).
• Video files can be of any format, but we prefer: m4v, mov, mp4, avi or wmv.

For Video Production (involves the actual recording, editing and encoding of video)

• A well-written, detailed script.
• A list of formats of how the video will be implemented if multiple formats are needed.
• Person to serve as production coordinator (does scheduling, helps in selecting still images for production, assists with editing, etc.).
• Non-copyrighted music used for production (or an idea of the type of music to be used).
• A one to two- paragraph description of the video program if to be used in iTunes or YouTube.
• A graphic or digital photographic image wanted as the mast and button image from the program (only for iTunes).
