We only get one chance to make a good first impression. Web Services and Digital Media (WSDM) of Marketing and Communications wants to be sure that NOVA’s Web presence makes that good first impression.
We are dedicated to promoting the positive image of NOVA by providing a rich Web environment for our many audiences who need access to NOVA information and services. WSDM is responsible for NOVA’s website, mobile site and social media.
As part of Marketing and Communications, WSDM works closely with the marketing, public relations, Call Center and graphics staff to ensure the NOVA Web environment meets the strategic goals of the college.
OUR PROCESS
We assist all units of NOVA with delivering their information on the Web to meet the needs of our many different audiences.
Planning
The first step to a successful project is planning. During your initial meeting with the WSDM team, we review your project objectives with you, your audience, design and development needs, content, timetable and deliverables.
Designing & Developing
WSDM staff will create design features and develop applications with your input.
Testing
We will build your Web pages and/or applications as a draft on the staging server for your review and then make your requested revisions.
Implementing
Upon your final approval, WSDM will move the draft project from staging to live production and maintain the project on the Web.
