About e-Services
The VCCS is implementing a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to facilitate and improve workflow for major human resource processes and functions performed by all VCCS colleges and the System Office. HRMS is part of the PeopleSoft System we currently use for the Student Information System (SIS) and the Administrative Information System (AIS).
NOVA is transitioning to the HRMS for some of the transactions that are currently performed in Denosys. However, supervisors will need to continue to use the Denosys Manager Workbench.
NOVA is now ready for employees to begin entering time and leave in the new HRMS. All employees must enter their timesheets in both Denosys and the HRMS.
NOVA's Department of Human Resources is dedicated to helping create the optimal work environment, by attracting a highly qualified and diverse workforce. The HR Department serves all six campuses of Northern Virginia Community College. The office is divided into four service area teams to better serve our employees:
