Human Resources e-Service
NOVA provides employees with a great HR plan option that was designed to integrate systems, services and processes within the college, as well as the HR Department. In addition, the new system allows employees to monitor much of their personnel-related information, request leave and submit electronic timesheets.
An immediate benefit to time sheet and leave request users is the ability to submit your information (and know your leave balances) from any Web connection and at any time of day. Your submissions are immediately forwarded to your supervisor for approval, then to payroll for payment or HR for leave tracking.
From within this page you can access information, tutorials and prerecorded audio training sessions regarding the topics listed below as well as access the login page for the system. Please read the tutorials or the prerecorded audio training sessions before proceeding with logging into the system to assure a full understanding of how you can use the system.
Any comments, questions or problems you experience, please email HR e-Service.
