The College subscribes to the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code of ethics.

Parties interested in doing business with the College are expected to make themselves familiar with the Commonwealth's Vendor Manual, which is a one stop source for everything a vendor needs to know about conducting business with the College.

Additionally, the College is committed to purchasing quality products and services from small, minority and women owned businesses (SWAM). The Purchasing Office encourages participation of SWAM businesses in all of its procurement programs.
