The College is required to post the majority of its competitive bid opportunities and awards on the Commonwealth of Virginia's electronic commerce portal, which is generally referred to as eVA. A public access link to eVA has been provided below. Please note, in order to respond to the solicitations, your company will have to register with the eVA program. Registration information can also be found at the eVA Solicitations link provided on this page.

In some instances, the College is not required to use the eVA portal. A link to these solicitations has also been provided below.

eVA Solicitations
To view the College's solicited bid opportunities on eVA, simply click the Public Access button and select Business Opportunities. Then click Solicitation Search, type NVCC in the Keyword Search field and lastly click the search button.

Current bidding on construction opportunities between $15,000 and $50,000 with Northern Virginia Community College.

To request a copy of a particular solicitation you may:

All Constructions solicitations over $50,000 are currently only available in hard copy and will NOT be faxed or emailed.

Regardless of the method you choose for requesting a solicitation please be prepared to provide the following information. Failure to provide the requested information will result in delays and/or our ability to mail a solicitation to your firm.

• Solicitation Title
• Name of Individual Requesting Solicitation (Contact Person)
• Vendor/Company Name.
• Mailing Address
• Business Phone Number, including the Area Code
• Email address (if applicable)

You should allow a minimum of FIVE business days to receive a copy of the solicitation. If you have not received a copy within this time frame, please contact the Buyer referenced.
