CAREER COACHING SERVICES FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Through the Career Pathways Program at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), knowledgeable career coaches are assigned to local public high schools and academies. Coaches help students sort through the vast number of career possibilities, learn more about those careers in order to make an educated decision, and create an educational plan that will help them meet their career goals. With a written goal and plan in hand, there is a greater chance the student will make the right moves and succeed in reaching his/her career goal.

Where are high school career coaches located?
