The Office of Research, Planning, and Assessment (ORPA) provides leadership and support in research, planning, and assessment to members of the NVCC community engaged in planning and evaluating the institution's success in accomplishing its mission.

Dr. George Gabriel is the Associate Vice President of the Office of Research, Planning, and Assessment. He assumes general supervisory administration for institutional research, college planning, and student assessment. He and his staff provide information in support of institutional planning, policy formulation and decision making for the College.
