- Don’t save sensitive information on portable devices, such as laptops, memory sticks, PDAs data phones, CDs/DVDs. Use secure network for sensitive information.
- Practice safe emailing; delete suspicious emails from unknown senders.
- Be responsible when using the Internet.
- Don’t install unknown or suspicious programs on your computer.
- Prevent illegal duplication of proprietary software.
- Protect against spyware/adware.
- Be discreet with sensitive print jobs; pick up immediately.
