| 14 | The NVCC-Annandale Symphony Orchestra will present a fall concert, “The Best of Europe and America,” on Friday, Nov. 14th, at 8 p.m.in the Ernst Center Theatre. Music Director Christopher Johnston will conduct a program including Dvorak’s Symphony No. 8, Ravel’s Mother Goose Suit, Copland’s An Outdoor Overture, and Richard Rodgers’ Victory at Sea. The orchestra will also play the world premiere of Reflections, a work by one of Mr. Johnston’s students. Giving the evening’s welcome statement will be Greg Schuckman, chair of NOVA’s Board.
