		Stepping Out
									You can step out of an event at any time by clicking the Step Out button. Your name will appear gray and a step out indicator will appear next to your name in the Participant area. To return, reselect the Step Out button. Your name will revert to black in the Participant area and the step out indicator will be removed, signaling to the others that you are available again.
