The Community Dialog Project
A Series of Seven Focus Groups and Additional Interviews with Business and Community Leaders, was initiated by Northern Virginia Community College Woodbridge Campus, and facilitated by Miles Friedman of Miles Friedman and Partners, LLC. It has been designed to:
- Expand community dialog and enrich information
- Facilitate more active involvement by key sectors of the community
- Promote exchange of ideas and exploration of the steps each of us can take and the roles we can all play to emphasize the positive impact of BRAC
The overall goal was to improve the likelihood that the broadest possible range of Prince William citizens and businesses will benefit from the impending changes brought about by BRAC

- Need to know how to deal with the federal government
- Need business aid
- Want access to procurement opportunities
- Workforce needs
- Amenities
- County image
- Networking opportunities
- Access for members of the community
- Coordinated action needed
