New Business Alliance
The Quantico/Belvoir Regional Business Alliance
The Quantico/Belvoir Regional Business Alliance is a membership group whose mission is to position the region surrounding these two installations as a welcoming and supportive community to the military and their business partners in order to:
- Facilitate positive outcomes from the Base Realignment And Closure program, both within and outside the Fort Belvoir and Quantico installations
- Upgrade the workforce to meet identified needs
- Identify and take advantage of business opportunities
- Improve the flow of information amongst all interested parties
- Form partnerships with key individuals and organizations
- Build relationships in support of mutual interests
- Create a medium for generating community-based best practices.
The three key areas of focus are:
- Education/Training and Job Generation for the Workforce
- Data/Research to Support Regional Business Development
- Public Relations/Community Outreach to Facilitate Mutually Beneficial Growth and Development
The Alliance is a direct outgrowth of the Community Dialog on BRAC that was initiated by NVCC/Woodbridge.
