Here at Goodwill of Greater Washington, we strive to transform lives and communities through the power of education and employment. In the fall of 2011, in conjunction with NOVA we initiated a Security and Protective Training Program. This program was designed for individuals seeking to further their education as well as earn a credential to become a certified unarmed security professional in the state of Virginia. Since the inception of this program, we have been able to successfully open doors to academic advancement and assist our population in finding family sustaining careers.
