ARC 216 - ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING & PRESENTATION (3 CR.)

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Presents techniques of rendering and principles of art as related to architectural presentation covers architectural lettering and layout, free hand sketching, and perspective drawing in various media. Lecture 1 hour. Laboratory 6 hours. Total 7 hours per week.

GENERAL COURSE PURPOSE

To speculate and develop architectural designs in three dimension and in appropriate color and texture. To present and convey architectural designs to prospect clients, firms, and higher educational institutes.

ENTRY LEVEL COMPETENCIES

Prerequisites are ARC 121 - "Architectural Drafting I" and ARC 122 - "Architectural Drafting II".

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
