Important Information
- If you have any monetary holds on your record, no transcript will be mailed. Check your unofficial transcript and holds online through the Student Center in NovaConnect.
- You will NOT be notified of transcripts not processed due to missing information or monetary holds.
- Official transcripts are released only after you have completed one course at NVCC.
- Submit a separate request for EACH transcript required.
- If attachments are required (i.e., for law or medical school admission services), please submit the attachment with the request for special processing. Please paper clip the request and attachment together. DO NOT STAPLE. Submit early as special processing requires additional processing time.
- There is no fee for transcripts; however money sent with requests will be used to support college activities and will not be returned.
- Any request for a transcript to be picked up in person must be coordinated directly with a campus Student Services Center. A photo ID is required to pickup the transcript.
- All transcripts issued are official and in a sealed envelope. DO NOT OPEN YOUR TRANSCRIPT if you intend to send the transcript to a college or organization. An opened transcript will automatically be considered unofficial by most colleges and organizations.
NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IF THE STUDENT HAS AN OUTSTANDING MONETARY OBLIGATION TO THE COLLEGE OR IF THE MAIL OR FAX REQUEST IS NOT SIGNED.
