Lead a Meeting
In order to create and lead eMEETINGS, you must have meeting creation privileges attached to your account. To get meeting creation privileges, you must complete TAC's Introduction to Leading eMEETINGS Workshop. To find a session, please visit the TAC Training page.
The person who creates a meeting is the leader of the meeting. As the leader of a meeting, you see a different screen from both participants and co-presenters. Leaders grant other participants the ability to talk, share applications or mark up applications. The most important aspect of being a leader, however, is organization.
If you are leading an eMEETING, you may have to help some of your participants log in to eMEETING and learn to use the software. For suggestions on how to plan your meeting, go to the Create a Meeting section of the tutorial.
