Tutoring
If you need help with a specific class, make an appointment or drop by to see a tutor.
A tutor can help you:
- Understand lectures and reading material
- Prepare you for tests
- Develop a learning style
NOVA tutors are current students in good standing. Tutoring is available on a walk-in basis (limited to a 30 minute session) as well as by appointment, which allows for a one hour appointment. Please see the schedule for walk-in tutoring at the Alexandria Campus or call the Center. Students are allowed one hour by appointment per course per week as well as one 30-minute walk-in session per course per week.
