Welcome to Northern Virginia Community College! As Deans of Students, on behalf of all of the faculty and staff, we are thrilled that you have chosen to begin your college studies with NOVA. We invite you to participate in the First Year Experience (FYE).

The FYE program is designed to assist you with getting involved in courses and activities that promote connection, critical thinking and community building. There are a number of services and programs to assist you while you're studying at NOVA. We encourage you to take advantage of them and make the most of your time here. Each NOVA campus has an FYE contact. Please take a look at the FYE website and be sure to get in touch with the FYE contact for your campus.
