Transfer Basics

Many NOVA students plan to transfer to a four-year institution. We strongly encourage you to complete an associate degree and take advantage of NOVA's guaranteed admissions agreement. However, some students earn 30 credits hours and transfer. Whatever you decide, visit your Faculty Advisor or Transfer Counselor in the Student Services Center to discuss your options.
