First Year Experience
The goal of the FYE program is to provide first year students with academic, career and social support because we know that your first year in college is important and can determine your future success.
Connecting
NOVA students must be connected to the campus, the resources and information they need to negotiate the College.
Critical Thinking
NOVA students will be challenged with academic and student development experiences needed to develop intellectually, academically and personally.
Community Building
NOVA students will feel a sense of community through intentional student development and co-curricular program while on campus such as student activities, mentoring, peer mentoring and orientation.
