Cooperative Education & Internships

Put the skills and concepts you learn in the classroom to work and receive college credit, valuable networking opportunities and the experience employers are looking for with an internship.

Eligibility

To be eligible for cooperative education, you must:

  • Declare a major in a degree/certificate program that offers co-op experience
  • Complete 15 semester hours of college work or the equivalent
  • Complete a minimum of two courses in your major area of study
  • Obtain a 2.00 or better grade point average
  • Obtain divisional approval

Find Internships

Search for internships on NOVATrak.

  • All internships are subject to approval by the Cooperative Education Office on the Annandale Campus.

Get Started

  • Visit the Cooperative Education Office on the Annandale Campus for the program guidelines and list of materials you must submit for consideration.
  • Submit a co-op contract signed by the employer and obtain faculty approval.
  • The Cooperative Education Office will register you upon receipt of requested materials and signed contract.
