Networking

Networking is the most effective job search strategy. Learn how to network through the CDI's various services and resources available to you.

One-on-One Career Counseling 
Career counselors can assist you in identifying your networking contacts, teach you the different forms of networking, how to network and provide you with sample informational interview questions. Call the Career Counseling Center on your campus to make an appointment with a career counselor.

All the NOVA campus libraries have several books and publications on networking available in their reference sections. In addition, the Annandale Campus has a Career Resource Center, where you will also find a range of career-related materials and publications.
