Prerequisites: PHT 102 or PHT 135. Introduces equipment, techniques, skills, and concepts of photojournalism. Teaches photography for features, spot news, and photo essays. Emphasizes editing, captioning, and layout. May require individual projects. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 5 hours per week.
