CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AND LEARNING
CETL is dedicated to assisting faculty and staff in improving the quality of teaching and learning services. Based on the college vision and the strategic goal, the strong reputation the college already enjoys for the quality of its teaching and the performance of its learners, and a deeply ingrained culture of excellence shared by the teaching faculty, the college established a college-wide Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL).
CETL is located in McDiarmid Room 306, Annandale Campus. CETL's acting coordinator is Nan Peck, x24140. Robin Muse is the administrative assistant, x27386. Both are available at CETL@nvcc.edu.

Faculty of Year Awards
The NVCC Alumni Federation is once again calling for nominations for the 2008-2009 Faculty of the Year awards. A nominating form may be printed from
the Alumni Web site The deadline for nominations is March 13.
The reception honoring nominated faculty and announcing the campus winners
will be held April 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the CE Forum, AN.
