Emphasizes the techniques used by successful residential managers to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover. Concentrates on every task performed by the manager in managing a residential property, as well as all residential property types from single family homes to apartment complexes. This is the Institute of Real Estate Management's course 202. Lecture 3 hours per week.
