Students must comply with all General Requirements for Annandale Campus Health Technology Programs. Additional Admission Requirements: Students must meet the following requirements in order to be certified as an EMT/B in the Commonwealth of Virginia (Section 6:00 of the EMS Rules and Regulations): 1. First Year requirements for degree program. 2. Special Program Completion Requirements for the A.A.S. degree in Emergency Medical Services Technology.
Total credits for the Basic Emergency Medical Technician Career Studies Certificate = 23.
