Prerequisite is divisional approval. Introduces the theory and practice of electronic-mechanical editing and mixdown techniques. Provides the skills necessary to edit, mixdown, externally reprocess, and otherwise manipulate multitrack original recordings into finished master recordings. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
