Prerequisites are a satisfactory score on an appropriate proficiency examination and Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry or equivalent. Introduces set theory, systems of linear equations, matrices, linear programming, probability, and game theory. Lecture 3 hours per week. (3 CR.) MTH 182 FINITE MATHEMATICS II Prerequisite is MTH 181 or equivalent. Introduces logic, counting techniques, probability and statistics, and mathematics of finance. Lecture 3 hours per week.
