Prerequisites are HMS 231-232 and PSY 115. Presents current principles and applications of applied care management ranging from ambulatory to non-ambulatory; wellness to chronic illness; independent to assisted living; and other interim states. Includes care techniques to accommodate specific needs clients. Will include applications for safety and injury prevention. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
