FUNDAMENTALS OF HORSE MANAGEMENT (3 CR.)
Surveys horse breeds, their functions and uses. Addresses horse
conformation, facilities, and basic feeds and feedings. Includes study of
principles of horse nutrition. Lecture 3 hours per week.
