COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE (3 CR.)
Provides a basic understanding of commercial properties. Focuses on
marketing commercial properties to users and selection of commercial
properties by users and covers the basic aspects of entrepreneurship.
Lecture 3 hours per week.
