LEGAL CONCEPTS FOR APPRAISERS (1 CR.)
Focuses on appraisal law and related legal concepts as they are applied in
the Commonwealth of Virginia. Emphasizes review of terms, concepts, and
procedures. Lecture 1 hour per week.
