INTRODUCTION TO COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (3 CR.)
Emphasizes the similarities and differences in the management of office
buildings, shopping centers, and industrial properties. Focuses on the
techniques used to operate these properties successfully and profitably.
This is the Institute of Real Estate Management's course 203. Lecture 3
hours per week.
