REA 201
INTRODUCTION TO REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (3 CR.)
Explores the principles of real estate management and their use with
residential and commercial properties. Concentrates on the techniques used
by successful managers of income-producing real estate. This course is the
Institute of Real Estate Management's course 201. Lecture 3 hours per week.
