LEGAL TRANSACTIONS (3 CR.)
Presents an in-depth study of general contract law, including formation,
breach, enforcement, and remedies. Includes an overview of Uniform
Commercial Code provisions governing sales, commercial paper, and
collections. Lecture 3 hours per week.
