Prerequisites are IST 172 and working knowledge of Windows. Teaches writing C++ programs in an event-driven environment from stated problems or specifications applying graphical user interface techniques to develop working software that meets specification. Provides specific skills to create, modify, and debug applications. Lecture 4 hours.
