Prerequisite is IST 153 and working knowledge of Windows. Teaches writing BASIC programs in an event-driven environment from stated problems or specifications applying graphical user interface techniques to develop working software that meets specifications. Provides specific skills to create, modify, and debug applications. Lecture 4 hours per week
