HRI 275
HOSPITALITY LAW (3 CR.)
Studies the laws applicable to the ownership and operation of food and
lodging operations. Includes duties to guests, ejection of undesirables,
liabilities for personal injuries, damage, arrest and detention of
offenders. Lecture 3 hours per week.
