MEDICAL ASPECTS OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCIDENTS (3 CR.)
Describes the emergency medical services response to hazardous materials
incidents. Includes hazard recognition; principles of toxicology; personnel
protection; incident command; and assessment, decontamination, and
treatment of patients. Lecture 3 hours per week.
